Driver Criteria:

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Must have valid driver’s license or passport.
• License and credit card used for the reservation must be presented on the rental day for verification.

Passenger Policy:

• Passengers aged 18 and under must be accompanied by driver 25 or older.

Deposits & Fees:

• A $250 refundable damage deposit is required for those 25 and older.
• A higher deposit is held for drivers under 25.
• This is not a direct charge, but a hold on the credit card used for the booking.

Vehicle Damage:

• Upon return with no damage to vehicle, the hold on the credit card is released on the same day.
• Each driver or paying individual is responsible for any damage to the vehicle as per the rental agreement.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• We do not offer refunds.
• Customers will receive a full credit or gift card towards future bookings if they provide a 48-hour notice of cancellation. Rental credits do not expire and are transferrable.
• No refunds for any reasons such as bad weather, change of plans, or unmet expectations. However, we are flexible if you need to postpone your rental.
